pk101 Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk101 ("pk101", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk101 website, mobile-optimised platform, all casino and sportsbook products, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform") available at pk101.org.

By accessing the Platform, clicking the registration button, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk101 Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and pk101.

2. Definitions

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the pk101 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credit awarded to a User's Account as a promotional benefit, subject to specific wagering and withdrawal conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by pk101 to verify User identity and comply with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "Platform" has the meaning given in Section 1.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they are eligible for withdrawal to a User's nominated payment method.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the pk101 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pk101 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any point, and failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in Account suspension.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have satisfied yourself, independently and without reliance on any representation by pk101, that participation in online gambling is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in your country, province, or jurisdiction. This obligation applies equally to users in all cities across Pakistan — including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Faisalabad — and to users in other jurisdictions. pk101 does not provide legal advice on the lawfulness of gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, either through pk101 or any external responsible gambling scheme.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pk101 or any of its affiliated game providers.

pk101 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

You may register only one Account on the pk101 Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. pk101 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein without compensation.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. pk101 will not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate Account information provided by a User.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing withdrawals and prior to the release of certain promotional benefits, pk101 requires Users to complete KYC verification. This process involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued identity document — typically a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid passport — along with any additional documentation that pk101 may reasonably require. pk101 processes KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe requested by pk101 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk101 login credentials. All activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you. pk101 will never request your password through any channel. Report any suspected unauthorised access to your Account to pk101 support immediately. pk101 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain Account security.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits to your pk101 Account may be made via the payment methods listed in the Cashier section of the Platform, which include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method as displayed in the Cashier. Deposits are credited to your Balance following confirmation by the relevant payment provider and are generally instantaneous for mobile wallet methods including JazzCash and Easypaisa.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that belongs to the Account holder and has been previously used for a deposit, or has been verified through the KYC process. pk101 does not accept third-party payment arrangements. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes stated in the Cashier section, subject to completion of KYC verification and the absence of any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. pk101 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.3 Currency

The pk101 Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Transactions conducted in other currencies through international payment methods will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant payment provider. pk101 is not responsible for any exchange rate differences or fees imposed by payment providers.

5.4 Fraud Prevention

pk101 employs fraud detection systems to monitor Account activity. Transactions suspected of being fraudulent, the result of money laundering, or in breach of these Terms may be suspended pending investigation. Accounts found to have engaged in fraudulent activity will be terminated and relevant balances frozen or remitted to appropriate authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Promotional offers available on the pk101 Platform are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. By claiming any bonus, you accept the specific terms of that promotion. General bonus rules applicable to all pk101 promotions include the following:

• Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on games and bet types specified in the relevant promotion terms. Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely from Wagering Requirement fulfilment.
• pk101 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time where it suspects abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or any violation of these Terms.
• A User may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Where a User attempts to claim multiple welcome offers, pk101 reserves the right to void the duplicate and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to pattern betting, guaranteed win strategies, or multi-accounting — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may result in permanent Account termination.

7. Gameplay Rules

The rules applicable to each individual game available on the pk101 Platform are determined by the respective game provider and are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game on pk101, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between displayed game results and server logs, the server log shall be the definitive record. Bets placed and accepted during a confirmed technical fault may be voided at pk101's discretion, with stakes returned to the User's Balance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk101 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension or termination:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of any illegal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any poker or table game format.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying code of any Platform component.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward pk101 staff or other users.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk101 Platform — including but not limited to the pk101 brand name and logo, game software, graphic designs, text, images, and structural layout — is the property of pk101 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pk101 Platform content without the express prior written consent of pk101.

10. Privacy & Data

pk101 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of services on the Platform. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk101 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the pk101 Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if pk101 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

pk101's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. pk101 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, and scheduled or emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

12. Account Closure & Termination

You may request closure of your pk101 Account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money Balance remaining in a closed Account will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

pk101 may suspend or permanently terminate your Account with immediate effect and without prior notice in the event of any breach of these Terms, any suspected fraudulent activity, or any circumstance where pk101 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In cases of termination for cause, pk101 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending the outcome of any investigation.

13. Responsible Gaming

pk101 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Wager Limits: Restrict the maximum bet size per round or per day.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when a set session duration has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted through Account settings or by contacting support. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the specified exclusion period.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable law of the jurisdiction in which pk101 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the pk101 Platform that cannot be resolved through the pk101 internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body as designated by pk101. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court of appropriate jurisdiction.

15. Contact & Amendments

pk101 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk101 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an on-site notification. Your continued use of the pk101 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
